"When I arrived at the apartment in Nerja in Spain I found a different refill machine waiting for me than I was used to. It came with a Spanish-only manual.

One telephone call to CARE O2 in Alicante was enough to have this problem solved. CARE O2 is available 24 hours a day and we were helped by a Dutch speaking lady who put our minds at rest. We called on a Saturday evening and on Monday morning a Spanish employee of the oxygen provider explained how everything worked.

I didn't have any problems during those 2 weeks."
