The short answer is Yes, BUT you cannot simply just board a plane with your own oxygen. The airline need to have at least 7 days notice (dependant on the company). You can also only take a portable oxygen concentrator for flying.

You also are required to show “fitness to fly” document from your doctor to show you are well enough to take the journey plus the need for the medical oxygen.

The best advice is always plan ahead, reach out to the airline you are flying with to check what requirements they need ahead of time.
